Hi, I’m Monique, an instructional designer and learning consultant with deep experience in corporate L&D, leadership development, and digital learning solutions. Over the years, I’ve designed courses, microlearning, and learning paths for diverse audiences – from frontline employees to leaders – using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and modern LMS platforms.

I created L&D Launchpad Studio to give other Instructional Designers and freelance IDs the kinds of resources I wish I had when I started: practical templates, AI prompts, client-facing scripts, and clear roadmaps that make the work feel lighter and more sustainable.

My work blends classic instructional design principles with AI-assisted workflows, helping you design faster without sacrificing quality and build a business that fits your life.
